Home Invasion Robbers Target Women
Investigators: Trio Has Attacked 7 Women Since Beginning
Of Year

DALLAS -- Dallas police are searching for three home invasion
robbers who have been targeting women in the Bachman Lake area.
The trio has attacked seven women since the start of the year
and, in every case, the women were tied up at gunpoint as their
attackers ransacked their homes.
The latest victim says she was awakened by the sound of her
window smashing and found three men in her living room. The men
beat her with a gun, tied her up and attempted to sexually
assault her, she said.
"He felt my legs and he tried to pull down my pants, the other
man told him there wasn't enough time for that," she said.
Police said the robbers have been known to fake emergencies,
drop common names or pretend to be returning tools to their
victims' husbands just to get them to crack the door before they
kick it in.
